Motivation and Stabilization of Key Employees in Ceska zbrojovka a.s.

This master thesis focuses on the problem of motivation, stimulation and stabilization of the key employees in the company Česká zbrojovka a.s. The main aim of this thesis is to identify insufficiencies in the current system of employee motivation and to suggest potential changes leading to its improvement and assessment from the economic impact of the proposed improvements to the company. The theoretical part of the thesis contains the fundamental knowledge and base of the human resources management and also discusses various theories of work motivation. Reviewed problems of demotivation and unwanted employee turnover follow. The practical part of the thesis shows a qualitative analysis of the current system of the staff motivation in Česká zbrojovka a.s. There is also linked and combined theoretical knowledge with the corporate practice. The final part of the thesis is based on facts found from the survey which identifies imperfections in the existing system and formulates potential recommendations for improving employee motivation and stabilization in the analysed company in order to improve work performance, enhance job satisfaction and loyalty of employees to Česká zbrojovka a.s.
The fulfilling of the Maslow´ s hierarchy of needs in a specific company

The bachelor thesis presents the fulfilling of the Maslow´ s hierarchy of needs in a specific company and how it effects the quality of work and employee satisfaction. The main aim is to assess how the company follows the values of motivational theories and how it pays off to the company. A literary review is written based on domestic and foreign literature and deals with basic terminology. The Knowledge gained from professional literature is utilized for describing the analyses which was carried out among 41 respondents of the company ABC, Ltd. Finally, the hypotheses and recommendations for evaluating how to further increase employee motivation based on Maslow's pyramid of needs are evaluated.
Work motivation of employees in SZPI Tábor

The aim of this theses is to analyze the situation in the area of work motivation in CAFIA Tabor through a questionnaire survey and to draw up suggestions for improvement in this area on the basis of the findings. This thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part.The theoretical part explains the important concepts associated with motivation.The content of the practical part is a presentation of the Czech Agriculture and Food Inspection Authority, where the questionnaire survey aimed at finding the situation in the field of employee motivation was implemented. It has been found that most employees are motivated enough to carry out their work and they are satisfied with their work. Minor shortcomings were revealed in the inspection's motivation system. The recommendation is to focus on the motivation of long-term employees in this institution, conduct regular employee surveys and alternatively set up Cafeteria system.

Identification motivational factors of employees

The main subject of my thesis, called "Identification of motivational factors of employees", is to find out the main motivational factors which influence employees' job performance. The first part of the thesis contains basic concepts which relate with motivation and its theories. These concepts are important for understanding the process and they help managers to choose the right ways to keep the high performance of the employees. The second part, practical, concentrates on research which is carried out between two chosen work groups of employees and its target is to compare the motivation factors.
Draft of computer strategic game for simulation of employee motivation

The bachelor thesis deals with the design of the computer strategic game for simulation of employee motivation. The main objective of this work is to create a draft of strategic game that will encourage systemic thinking of managers and students preparing for a career in management. In the first part the theoretical background of this issue is discussed, especially the concept of systemic thinking and motivational theories, which is central to the game design. The second part of the thesis goes into the analysis of game itself and the problem of employee motivation. The last third part consists of the actual game design, which is designed without technical implementation. It provides a logic game with a basic graphic design.
Motivation and Stimulation of Employees of the U Pinkasů Restaurant

The theoretical part of the Master's thesis deals with aspects, which influence job performance of employees. The thesis describes one of the most important parts of job performance, which is the motivation. It is also dealing with some of more or less known motivational theories, which help us to understand the motivation of each person. The thesis does not omit term of stimulation and work satisfaction as well. The background of specific company in tourisms, the U Pinkasů restaurant, is sketched in practical part of the thesis. The motivation of its employees as well as some improvement suggestions are studied close.
Motivation teachers DDM of motivation techniques

The thesis deals with the motivation of teaching and external DDM personnel from the perspective of motivational theories. The theoretical part contains the definition of motivation and concepts related to it. It mainly deals with theories of motivation with an emphasis on Maslow's hierarchy of needs. The practical part deals with the motivation of workers and DDM search needs that motivate workers to work DDM. Motivation in terms of motivating teachers rated the theory of free time and outside workers. DDM Prachatice, DDM Vimperk, DDM Netolice and DDM Volary. Needs have been identified (in terms of Maslow's hierarchy of needs) that motivate employees to work free time teacher in the DDM. Among the major needs motivating to work in DDM include the need for certainty, the need for personal growth, the need for positive relations with DDM. For educators consider essential in responding to their needs fulfillment, ie, self-fulfillment, self-improvement, confidence and respect.
Motivational program of chosen educational institution

The diploma thesis aims to explore work motivation and satisfaction of employees in chosen company, based on the assumption that these are at the lower level. On the ground of gained information subsequently proposes a suitable motivational program for language school employees. Considering low number of respondents there are several research methods used in the thesis, including personal and written questioning of employees, interviews with former employees, Bales interaction analysis, and comparison with another institution of similar nature. Based on the research has been confirmed the hypothesis about dissatisfaction of employees on the workplace. Taking into account the structure of statements is whole research and its conclusions grounded in Herzberg theory of work motivation and proposed program includes both hygienic and motivational elements.
